Summary
There are two main opposite metaphysical trends : the first is the material trend which believes in material and considers it as the origin of world and denies the other, the second is the ideal one which believes in spirit and considers
it as the origin of world and denies the first. The materialists depend on their
opinions in the theory of knowledge to prove the existence of material in the
outside world. The idealists do not prove the existence of spirit and reason
;therefore, the materialists criticize the idealistic thought depending on the
empiricism. Then, they reject metaphysics as a whole. The materialists believe
only in material and what is related to it. Materialism is diffused in the Islamic
world to criticize the civilization of Islam and its concepts about universe, life
and society. Because of this, the martyr Al-Sader decides the necessity of
preserving the Islamic thought and creating a metaphysical philosophy by which
both idealism and materialism can be criticized. So, does martyr Al-Sader bring
this metaphysics? This research is to deal with this problem ,i.e., metaphysics of
martyr Al-Sader. In another word, by using the analytic method in this research,
answers shall be given to the following questions: does martyr Al-Sader have
metaphysics? If he has, is it reflective or scientific? Does martyr Al-Sader , by his
metaphysics ,preserve the Islamic thought? This research consists of an
introduction, a general preface, three chapters and a conclusion.Martyr AlSader(1935-1984 A.C) was born in Iraq, and his celebrity has passed the
boundaries of his country to distribute his intellectual message on wider human
world. So he has become well- known inside and outside his country. Many
studies have been written about his life. This research mainly depends on his own
products which include his metaphysical sight. Group of these products are:
(Our Philosophy)(1959),(The Islamic School)(1964), (The Logical Principles of
Induction)(1971)and (The Islam Leads the Life)(1979). The subject of this.........
